At the SQL Server Code Camp I presented a session titled 'Engineering 101 for the SQL DBA'.  Often the list of I/O options for SQL Server is like a menu from a foreign restaurant as there are lots of choices that you think you like the sound of and others that, well frankly, you have no idea what they are!  This session was designed to assist with the intersection between the role of Database Administrator and System Engineer and explain some of the options available and how these options affect SQL Server.
