Adam Cogan and Steve Herzberg are holding a one day course in Brisbane on how to Earn More per hour as a Developer. In this course Steve and Adam will dispel a number of the myths about client interactions and what the client is really seeking from their IT provider. This session is definitely one not to be missed. I was lucky enough to see a small extract of this presentation with Adam and Steve at Tech-Ed and the tips I picked up in the half hour session were invaluable and I was able to apply these strategies straight away in order to help negotiate several new contracts.
