SQL 2005 SP1 Available as Windows Update

I am currently building a VPC image for a SQL Server training class that I am running next week and I have just gone to Windows Update to download all of the latest updates for Windows 2003 Server and look what I found.

SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 1 is now available as a Windows Update:
