Support changes for SQL Server 2000

Are you still running SQL Server 2000? Well now is the time to migrate to SQL Server 2008 R2 as from the 13th of April 2013 Extended Support for SQL Server 2000 will come to an end, and SQL Server 2000 will no longer be supported.
