WARDY IT Solutions work with MDA to help Australia’s newest citizens
WARDY IT Solutions’ Power BI Quickstart program allowed MDA to prototype its vision of consolidating its various sources of truth into standardised reporting and modelling of that data as trending patterns over time.
WARDY IT Solutions partnered with MDA (Multicultural Development Australia) to produce hyper-process-efficiency and actionable data insights through the Power BI Quickstart program, empowering MDA’s amazing army of staff and volunteers to do the best job possible for Australia and its newest arrivals.
In 2016 the NGO worked with 4587 clients from 68 countries using little more than a web of sophisticated, but complex, Excel spreadsheets, manual processes and separate systems. One area MDA knew had huge room room for efficiency gains was within the housing space. Without a single pane view to provide immediate oversight over housing data, responsive decisions could not be derived without lengthy analysis of various data sources.
Microsoft Data Analytics specialists WARDY IT Solutions was the natural choice to help measure the data associated with MDA housing. Power BI has allowed MDA an all-encompassing view of data associated with occupancy, expected arrival dates, costs and availability, which they now use to make responsive decisions.
