The world really does change quickly. In last month’s newsletter, I spoke about how any form of social interaction had become a distant memory due to the impact of COVID-19. However, a few long weeks later in Australia, we are starting to see an easing of the restrictions put in place to manage the pandemic and this week, Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach once again, is open for swimming and surfing.
Despite the health crisis starting to subside through the management of the spread of COVID-19, there are still many organisations who are being impacted beyond the initial crisis management. McKinsey describes the responses as a series of waves of activity with many organisation being in the scale down in the interim phase. WARDY IT Solutions has made a number of resources available to help assist with this scaling down, including a new whitepaper focusing on Optimising SQL Server Licencing in Azure and we have a webinar running on the 13th of May to further assist with Azure optimisation insights.
