Inaugural WARDY IT Monthly Community Dinner

Last night was the first WARDY IT Monthly Community Dinner which was held at Ahmets Turkish restaurant at Southbank. The event was a great success and the feedback from the event was extremely positive with everyone looking forward to the next dinner.  The consensus was that having the opportunity to ‘find out what other people are doing and how they are doing it’ was a great idea.  We were also lucky enough for Adam Cogan from SSW to attend last night’s dinner. Adam is in town to present at tonight’s QLD MSDN User Group on ‘integrating VSTS into your current systems’, for more details and to find out when this presentation is being held in other capital cities refer to http://www.ssw.com.au/ssw/events/conference.aspx.

One of the suggestions made last night is that the WARDY IT Monthly Community Dinner should be scheduled to occur on a re-occurring basis on the 2nd Monday of the Month and when there is a public holiday the next Tuesday.  So the next WARDY IT Monthly Community Dinner will be on Tuesday the 13th of June due to the Queens Birthday public holiday.

If you would like to be involved in the next WARDY IT Monthly Community Dinner, it is being held on Tuesday the 13th of June from 6:30PM at the Punjabi Palace Indian restaurant at West End.
