SQL Server Road Trip

Jay Dee and I are heading over to Denver, Colorado in the United States in September for the PASS Community Summit. Rather than fly from Los Angeles to Denver we have decided to take a road trip from LA to Denver instead, some 1000 miles. We had a bit of trouble deciding the best route to take so we decided to pick a few SQL Server user groups and use these as sign posts. So the road trip has now become a SQL Server road trip.

Apart from presenting at the PASS Community Summit in Denver as a ‘Spotlight Speaker’ I will also be presenting at the SQL Server Society of Las Vegas on Monday the 10th of September and the Utah County SQL Server User Group on Friday the 14th of September.

I will be presenting my Engineering 101 for the SQL DBA presentation which I presented at SQL Server Open World in Denmark earlier this year. By popular demand I will also be presenting an introduction to SQL Server 2008 at both User Groups that is based on the screencast series that I am currently presenting on AskaSQLGuru.
