As many of you will now be aware, earlier this month we announced that WARDY IT Solutions has been acquired by MOQ Limited (ASX: MOQ). Despite this, it is business as usual for WARDY IT Solutions, as we will become a subsidiary of MOQ and I will continue to lead the business on a day to day basis.
