Parallel Data Warehouse v2 is the next version of Microsoft's enterprise-class MPP architecture appliance. This new appliance will be available during the first half of 2013. Parallel Data Warehouse v2 includes PolyBase, a fundamental breakthrough in data processing that will enable queries across relational data and non-relational Hadoop data. SSIS Tips Tricks and Best Practices with Azure SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) can be used effectively as a tool for moving data to and from Windows Azure (WA) SQL Database, as part of the total extract, transform, and load (ETL) solution and as part of the data movement solution. SSIS can be used effectively to move data between sources and destinations in the cloud, and in a hybrid scenario between the cloud and on-premise. A new whitepaper has been released that describes how to cleanse and match master data using the Enterprise Information Management products of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Master Data Services (MDS), SQL Server Data Quality Services (DQS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
