Welcome to the March newsletter from Australia's leading SQL Server Consultants, Trainers and Business Intelligence specialists The first quarter of any year is often one of predictions for the year ahead and 2010 is no different. Business Intelligence has been high on the list of priorities for Information Technology teams no matter what sector they are in for the last five year. In fact, Microsoft first started to tout the concept of self-service Business Intelligence with the release of SQL Server 2005. However for many organisations Business Intelligence is an oxymoron. After talking to CIO’s over the last few year I have found that many are starting to realise that they have not done a particularly good job of articulating the benefits of Business Intelligence to the Financial Decision Makers (FDM’s) in their organisation – the CEO’s and CFO’s. Many FDM’s eye’s still glaze over when the word’s Business Intelligence are uttered. However there is one thing that FDM’s have learnt over the last 12 months and that is the need for increased visibility. The prediction from WARDY IT Solutions for 2010 is that SQL Server 2008 R2 and Business Intelligence will finally start to deliver on what has been promised by vendors for many years. We are so confident in this that we have come up with the ‘BI Insight Guarantee’. For two week two expert SQL Server consultants will help your team establish a greater insight into to your business. If at the end of this two week engagement we have not turned the data deluge in your organisation into meaningful and actionable information then the engagement is free – simple. Why are we so confident of being able to deliver business value using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2:
To take advantage of our proven experience in delivering solutions based on Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 then call 1300 WARDY IT (927 394) today.
