SQL Server 2014 sets World Record The industry standard organization for performance benchmarking, Transaction Processing Performance Council, verified that Microsoft SQL Server 2014 broke the world record for the On-Line Transaction Processing (OLTP) workload with the TPC-E and broke multiple world records for Data warehousing (DW) with the TPC-H.
