Welcome to the September newsletter from Australia's leading SQL Server Consultants, Trainers and Business Intelligence specialists The last month has seen some very exciting times for the team at WARDY IT Solutions. Below are just some of the highlights:
The awards and accolades that we continue to receive demonstrates our recognized position as Australia’s leading SQL Server Consultants, Trainers and Business Intelligence specialists. Over the last month we have also been working with a number of customers on their SQL Server roadmap and how they can align their database upgrade cycle with the 18 month release cycle for SQL Server. WARDY IT Solutions is in the privileged position that we have already started working with the next release of SQL Server, codenamed “Denali”. Due to our deep understanding of SQL Server the WARDY IT Solutions team were invited to Redmond to work with the Microsoft SQL Server development team and undertake a Software Design Review on many of the new features in “Denali”. So if you are looking to upgrade your version of SQL Server then WARDY IT Solutions is in a position to help you migrate today and develop a roadmap to allow you to seamlessly move to the next release when it is available. Also stay tuned for next month’s SQL Server newsletter we will be showcasing some of the brand new features of our award winning Virtual DBA service. Microsoft Project Code-Named “Houston” is a light weight database management tool for SQL Azure. Houston can be used for basic database management tasks like authoring and executing queries, designing and editing a database schema, and editing table data. You can start using CTP1 of Houston here. |
