As many of you will now be aware, earlier this month we announced that WARDY IT Solutions has been acquired by MOQ Limited (ASX: MOQ). Despite this, it is business as usual for WARDY IT Solutions, as we will become a subsidiary of MOQ and I will continue to lead the business on a day to day basis.
This acquisition is a fantastic opportunity for all of the WARDY IT Solutions team as well as our valuable clients. WARDY IT Solutions has been involved with MOQ for much of the past decade as many of our customers will know already. MOQ’s broad expertise and experience in Cloud and Digital Transformation is complementary to our vision of a World Empowered by Data and MOQ provides the perfect acceleration towards the vision.
There are so many people that have contributed to our success and the impact that we have had. WARDY IT Solutions is a people-based business and first and foremost this acquisition is recognition of the skills and dedication of each team member and the amazing service they provide to our clients. As well as our team, I would like to thank all our valued clients for their support as well as our business partners that have provided ongoing guidance.
